This exciting project will involve part conversion of an care home built in the 1900s and part new build comprising of 15 new residential flats, including 5 car parking spaces and built in bicycle storage.

The site is located in a seaside resort just a mile away from Margate train station, with services to London, Canterbury, Dover and Ashford. There are numerous local amenities nearby and the development benefits from being a 10 minute walk to the centre of Margate.  The area is going through considerable refurbishment and Go Develop are delighted to be involved in supporting regeneration projects of this type.
