An experienced contractor and developer approached Go Develop with a proposed development to existing land to provide 7 residential homes with associated access and landscaping. Full planing permission was in place and Go Develop provided 100% funding to cover the land, build, stamp duty and project costs.

The site is located just outside of the bustling market town of Newbury, on the edge of the Berkshire Downs which is part of the North Wessex Downs Area of outstanding natural beauty. It’s an ideal location for those working within the M4 corridor and close to Reading, Bracknell, Maidenhead and Slough.




We already had a development underway when we came across an opportunity that was too good to miss. Being a joint venture partner has allowed us to snap up a very profitable opportunity which would not have been feasible otherwise. The whole process was really straightforward and the team were extremely personable, working quickly to turn things around in a time pressured environment. We are already looking for our next joint venture opportunity with Go Develop.
